The SolaMaster Series is a versatile line of tubular daylighting devices that captures natural light at the rooftop and transfers it into building interiors where daylighting has rarely been possible. These systems feature patented optical technologies that deliver highly predictable light levels, allowing them to be used in commercial daylighting design applications similar to traditional lighting equipment. They are ideal for spaces with ceiling heights ranging from 8 ft. to 20 ft.

The SolaMaster Series selectively redirects, reflects and delivers the visible spectrum of daylight to interior spaces. At the same time, it filters out infrared wavelengths to reduce  daytime cooling loads, minimizing costs associated with air conditioning units. It also prevents harmful ultraviolet light from entering the building, which can damage interiors and fade furniture and fabrics. 330 DS Open Ceiling

The SolaMaster 330 DS is designed to maximize light output at any time of day. It effectively captures low-angle rays in the morning and late afternoon, and collects high-angle rays at midday for powerful performance. It is ideal for lighting expansive spaces with open ceilings where variances in light levels don’t create an issue for occupants.

Self Mounted Flashing

• Available in 4 in. (100 mm), 8 in. (200 mm) and 11 in. (280 mm) high flashing options; used on pitched or flat roof systems

• The 4 in. (100 mm) high flashing is recommended for most residential applications because of its low profile

• The 8 in. (200 mm) and 11 in. (280 mm) high flashings are recommended for use on flat commercial roof applications to meet commercial curb height requirements

OptiView® Diffuser with White Trim

The innovative design of our circular OptiView Diffuser features individual Fresnel lenses that offer a unique view of the sky above while providing unrivaled light diffusion and vertical surface illumination. The diffuser snaps on to the bottom tube for easy installation. Available for use on open ceiling models.

Prismatic Diffuser with White Trim

Perfect for replicating the look and style of traditional troffers, the circular Prismatic Diffuser blends into virtually any design for a bright diffusion of natural light. The diffuser snaps on to the bottom tube for easy installation. Available for use on open ceiling models.

Thermal Insulation Panel

Provides unmatched thermal performance. Two climate control discs paired with polycarbonate ring prevent conductive and convective heat transfer. Spectralight® Infinity material inside ring maximizes light transfer.

Daylight Dimmer

At times, it may be necessary to reduce the amount of bright daylight in a building—during a presentation, for instance. The optional Daylight Dimmer uses a patented butterfly baffle and a convenient wall-mounted switch to allow for simple and easy adjustments to room daylight illumination levels.

Double-Pole Double-Throw (DPDT) Switch

Daylight Dimmer Switch Kit (sold separately) includes DPDT switch, wall plate and 30 ft./9 m of cable. Multiple Daylight Dimmers can be controlled by one switch.

Daylight Dimmer Switch Kit

The Daylight Dimmer Switch Kit includes a Double-Pole Double-Throw (DPDT) switch, wall plate and 15 ft. (4.5 m) of cable. One switch can control multiple Daylight Dimmers simultaneously.

When paired with the Daylight Dimmer Switch Kit, the optional Daylight Dimmer (sold separately) allows for simple and easy adjustments to room daylight levels.

Spectralight® Infinity Extension Tubes

Extension tubes can be added in increments of 24 in. (610 mm) or 48 in. (1220 mm) for long runs without sacrificing performance. Spectralight Infinity has the highest reflectivity in the world for the brightest, purest light. Create tube runs of up to 50 ft. (15 m).

Spectralight® Infinity 0-90 Degree Extension Tube

Provides superior performance that flexible tubes can’t match. An innovative design with three built-in 30 degree angle adapters that give you the flexibility to install around obstacles. Available in 23 in. (580 mm) length.

Turret Extensions

Use to raise the height of the Solatube dome on a roof to avoid snow, water, or shading from roof obstructions. Order additional Spectralight® Infinity tubing to accommodate turret height. Available in 12 in. (300 mm), 24 in. (610 mm), 36 in. (900 mm) and 48 in. (1220 mm) sizes.

Transition Box

The SolaMaster® Series features a patented transition box that seamlessly converts the round tubing to a square diffuser. The transition box easily fits into standard commercial ceiling grids.

Flashing Insulator

This insulating material helps to reduce condensation in cold climates when the flashing is exposed to a humid interior space. The insulator is affixed to the flashing base and the top tube slips through the opening, which provides a seal between the interior and metal flashing.

Trim Ring

For use with the Solatube 330 DS and 750 DS Open Ceiling Configurations, the trim ring provides a finished appearance to the installation.

Secondary Diffuser

To eliminate unwanted glare or to reduce light output, an optional secondary diffuser can be inserted into the Solatube® Daylighting System dome for natural lighting preference.

Security Bar

This stainless steel bar inserts into the flashing turret across the diameter of the opening. The bar is fastened using rivets and prohibits entry through the dome.

Dome Security Kit

The kit consists of three rivets with protective nylon spacers, which replace dome screws. The dome security kit reduces the possibility of the dome being removed.

Wire Suspension Kit

Dome Edge Protection Band

Made of galvanized steel, this optional component isesigned for use on Class A, B, or C roofs to maintain fire rating.

Curb Cap Insulation Kit

This R6 rigid, 1 in. thermal insulation is sealed and taped in the curb cap flashing base, which provides a thermal seal between the metal flashing and building envelope.
